4 Week Mindfulness Meditation Course

Course Overview

🤔 What: 4 week online intro to mindfulness meditation course

Schedule: 4 weekly recurring sessions. 1st session = 90 min. Remaining sessions = 60 min.

📆 When:

Course #1: Fridays 8/30-9/20 @ 9-10am PDT (1st session = 9-10:30am PDT)

Course #2: Tuesdays or Thursdays starting the week of 8/26 @ 4-5pm PDT (1st session = 4-5:30pm PDT)

💻 Where: Online over zoom

💰 Cost: No fee

Additional Info:

  • Both experienced meditators and beginners are welcome.

  • The course is part of a 2 year mindfulness meditation teacher certification program, led by Jack Kornfield + Tara Brach. 

  • Attendance is required at all sessions.  Note: To receive credit for the teacher certification program, the course requires a minimum of 6 regularly attending participants.

  • Participants will provide feedback at the end.
