What is coaching?
Have you ever noticed that professional athletes continue to have coaches well into the peak of their careers? What if you applied this same concept of coaching to your professional life? What might be possible then?
If you’d like to learn more about coaching and how it might benefit you, feel free to explore the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) overview on coaching, including what separates coaching from other service offerings.

Why don’t you post prices on your website?
My breadth of knowledge and experience allows me to offer a range of coaching services that fit each client’s unique needs. With this in mind, coaching engagements are often 6 months in duration, meeting every other week for 60 minutes. If we mutually agree that a NLP session would be beneficial to further your goals, a session might be extended to 90-120 minutes.
How many people can I invite to an #IamRemarkable workshop?
#IamRemarkable is an interactive workshop where attendees actively engage in practicing new skills. The workshop is most effective with 5-20 participants. If you have more than 20 participants, consider holding two or more workshops.
